LINE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF EACH PART
Hydraulic decoiler:
Automatic model; motor power drives decoiler shaft to move and open steel coil, and hydraulic power expands steel coil inner surface, it make steel coil to be fixed well on decoiler shaft. Decoiler also includes pneumatic power brake device and press arm, these devices will protect the operator safety on working process. Decoiler shaft also has 4 pieces material block, it will make steel coil not to be messy within working times.
The decoiler is single head model, max loading capacity: 5000kg

Leveler machine:
Leveler has 7 pieces leveler rolls model, up layer has 3 leveler rolls and down layer has 4 rolls.
Leveler rolls can be lifted up and down, leveler rolls' space can be adjusted by screw mandrel.
After the leveler, one pair pinch rolls are installed. It will guide the raw material sheet to get into pre-cutter. The pinch rolls is pressed down by pneumatic cylinder and it is driven by servo motor. Also the leveler is driven by same servo motor. The transmission system is servo motor and
Leveler is driven by motor; the speed is adjusted by transducer. And manual decoiler is also moved following the leveler when the leveler is on working condition.

Pre-cutter:
This cutter is used to cut raw material sheet according to required length parameter. The cutter is driven by hydraulic cylinder and cut action is fast and stable. When cutter is working, decoiler and leveler should stop working; when cut action is finished, decoiler and leveler works again.
Cutter blade material: Cr12 (HRC58~62)
Cut piece length tolerance: ±2.0mm
(4) Transmission conveyer:
This conveyer is used to transfer the raw material sheet to the main roll former. The conveyer is not power model. Main components of conveyer are base frame, support rolls and related fixed accessories.
Suitable length of the transfer sheet: ≤10m
(5) Main roll former:
Main roll former uses single forming stand model, welded steel base plate.
The max width of feeding guider: ≤350mm
Main roll former forming passes number: 18
The transmission system includes main motor, decelerator, gear box and transmission shaft; each forming pass down shaft is power model, all shaft are driven by main motor.
The forming shafts' roller installation width and space is satisfy the C200×50×15mm standard.
Main roll former will include one set forming roller, it is specially used to produce C50×50×12mm standard. Without C50×50×12mm, if buyer wants to produce the others C profile standard, only needs to buy one set forming roller, it will satisfy all standard producing requirement.
The roller is designed by professional software, and all rollers dimension are precise;

The machine base plate is welded steel model, all working actions are control by electric cabinet.
At the end of forming stand, special straightener device will be installed there. Main aim of this device is to make C profile head and end part expanding range to be small and better.
Main roll former forming stand will use special structure and installation model, main aim is to satisfy different C standard profile producing requirement. The structure description and structure reference show as following picture contents:

Note: main roll former includes 1set forming roller. This set forming roller is used to produce profile C50×50×12mm (material thickness is 1.5mm and raw material is galvanized steel and stainless steel).
(6) Hydraulic system:
It supplies the power for the hydraulic decoiler and pre-cutter.
Without the electromagnetic valve, the other hydraulic accessories are all use Chinese famous brand products.

(7) PLC Control System:
This system uses Mitsubishi PLC to control all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured; human and machine interface, touch screen is input and cancelled the working data. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine. Touch screen has Chinese and English two version control language, operator can choose suitable interface to make operation.

(8) Product Rack (un-powered):
Two parts, each part length is 3 meters, the total length is 6 meters. The rack has adjusted range, it is 20mm. it is convenient to keep rack ground level.
In order to collect the final product and final products is convenient to be stacked by workers.
This rack can be disassembled easily, in order to satisfy different working condition requirements.
