Detailed description of each machine part :
3.1 pre-cutter
This cutter is installed in the front of the first forming process. When cut action is finished, it has not waste piece.
Pre-cutter uses same base plate with roll forming part. encoder and sense switch works together to control cutter working action. When cutter is working, complete line needs to stop.
Cutter die materail: Cr12MoV, heat treatment, HRC58~62
Cut length tolerance: ±1.5mm
main roll former
main roll former is used to produce T roof and T cap profile at same machine.
This roll former uses side forming model, chain and gear finishes transmission work, motor and decelerator drives complete transmission system.
All froming process power parts are down forming shafts. Up and down forming shafts of necessary forming process are matched with in-phase gear, main aim is to make all forming process to be precise.
On the roll former part, it is not only produces T roof, but also produces T cap profile. When T roof standard is changed, operator just needs to adjust related parts, the suitable profile standard can be done. The side forming part is used finished T roof, the fixed part of side forming process will be installed one set forming process, it is used to produce T cap profile.
Note : when T roof profile side height is change, operator needs to change some rollers and spacers, and then the suitable profile height can be made well.
According with buyers' idea, the profiles bottom part need to have wavy/or not. seller will think about this point and make suitable design on roll former part. when the profiles bottom need to have wavy, necessary forming stand is press down and work; when wavy is not to be made, necessary forming stand is move up. all profile bottom will not have wavy again.

hydraulic system
It supplies the hydraulic power for complete line hydraulic cylinder.
This system is specially designed for roll forming line. Different part has different working requirement. It will finish different hydraulic action.

electrical control system
Complete line is control by PLC, operator can use human and machine interface (touch screen) to input and cancel working data. System has single model and auto model. Single model is used to make test job, auto model is used to make common working order.when line is on suitable working condition, operator needs not to do anything for complete control system. All product length and standard data can be set by touch screen, all screen display is digital display.

When line is installed well, complete outer part of line will be covered by steel sheet. Main aim of this design is used to protect roll forming and do not make roll former to be damaged.

Delivery time : 90 days
Payment item :
when order is signed by both parts, buyer shall pay 30% contract price to seller as down payment ; when the line is finised, seller will give information to buyer and buyer can make inspection for line. If everything is ok, buyer needs to pay 70% contract price in time and seller will help buyer to finish shipping items.
Installation and test item :
If buyer needs to have installation and test in their workshop and asks seller send technicans to finish this job, buyer needs to pay round trip air ticket, necessary insurace, hotel, communation, foods and related things. Especially buyer needs to find a translator for our technican, it is convenient to communicate related things within installation and test time.
Installation and test price :
This line needs to have finished installation and test job by two technicians. One is electrical technician and another one is mechanical technician. Buyer needs to pay each technician USD80 everyday.
According to factory experience, the line installation and test job will be finished within 7~10 days.
