Line each part description:coil car:
Coil car is used to load steel coil and make steel coil load on decoiler shaft.
Max loading capacity: 5 tons
Move speed: 6m/min
Hydraulic power drives hydraulic cylinder to push coil car support table, and make it lift up and down. Motor and decelerator drives coil car move on rail, it is convenient to load steel coil on decoiler shaft. Coil car support table surface matches with rubber plate, in order to keep steel coil fixing well on it.
decoiler:
The decoiler is automatic model, motor power drives decoiler shaft open steel coil and hydraulic power expands steel coil inner surface, in order to make steel coil fix well on decoiler shaft. Decoiler is single head model, it has assistant support device, it will protect decoiler shaft to load well steel coil on working condition.
Max capacity of decoiler: 5 tons
Decoiler shaft expanding range: 50mm
Main motor power: 2.2kw
Hydraulic cylinder working pressure: max 12Mpa
Decoiler also includes one press arm, when decoiler is on working condition, press arm will push down and press well steel coil surface, it will protect operator and do make operator to be hurt by steel coil.
guider device:
It will guide the raw material steel coil to get into leveler machine and make steel coil head not to be gone on not suitable direction. This device includes support head and support table, it can make steel coil get into leveler machine smoothly.

This device is used to make steel coil feed into leveler machine on right direction and keep steel coil diagonal precision.
slitting machine:
Slitting machine is used to slit the steel coil and make steel coil to be separated few pieces. Main components of slitting machine are up/down slitter shaft, base frame, slitter blade base, blade disc, blade space adjustment device and transmission system, etc.
Up slitter shaft is movable, down slitter shaft is fixed. Up and down slitter shaft space can be adjusted freely. When slitter is working, up and down slitter shaft is power shaft, they can move forwardly and back. Slitting blade is installed on slitter shaft; all blades are fixed well on shaft by key. When slitting line produces different width standard piece, the slitter blade can be installed different location which is on slitter shaft. Slitting machine and leveler machine uses same power source.

Note: the slitter blade and necessary spacer bush are not included in quotation price. The order quantity will be made sure according with customers' idea.
loop and pre-separate device:
Loop is used to make different part working speed to be matched well. Pre-separate device is used to make slitting piece keep on suitable location before those piece get into recoiler. Pre-separate device has tension strength when line is on working condition, in order to make slitting piece recoil well on recoiler shaft.
When slitting piece number is changed, pre-separate disc can be changed according to actual working requirements.

The loop support power is supplied by hydraulic cylinder.
tension strength machine:
Max tension strength: 10KN
It is used to control recoiler tension strength. Main component includes base plate, shaft frame, damping press plate, pneumatic cylinder and press down action cylinder.
This device is used to make tension strength and control it, when slitting piece gets into recoiler, tension strength makes slitting piece recoil well on recoiler shaft.
Tension strength can be adjusted according to requirements.
recoiler car and recoiler:
Recoiler is used to recoil slitting pieces, and make those piece to be new coil.
Hydraulic power expands the recoiler shaft. It is convenient to make final steel piece coil to be fixed on recoiler shaft.
Recoiler shaft includes manual tong door, it is used to catch the slitting piece head.
Recoiler shaft is driven by motor, and working speed can be adjusted.
Recoiler includes hydraulic power brake device and assistant device. This assistant device is same as decoiler, in order to protect recoiler shaft to be safe on working condition.

Recoiler car:
Recoiler car can move on horizontal and vertical direction.
Recoiler car support table is lifted by hydraulic cylinder, and AC1.5Kw motor drives it to move on horizontal direction.

hydraulic system:
System supplies hydraulic power for different working part. Main components of system are motor, oil pump, hydraulic valves, electromagnetic valves, filter, oil pipe and oil tank, etc.
electrical system:
Main electric source will be matched by customer. The working requirement is 380V, 50Hz, 3 Phase and 5 wires. The control power is AC220V or DC24V.
All machines working actions will be controlled by main control panel. The main control panel includes human and machine interface, operator uses touch screen to input and cancel working data. Also control panel has urgent stop button and trouble alarm pilot lamp. When one working order needs to be done, operator can input working parameter on touch screen and PLC will get working requirements and make complete work in time.
The line has two control models; it is manual model and auto model.
